Richard L. Crowder Construction does heavy highway, site work and utility development.  Site preparation and general excavation for subdivisions, apartment complexes, shopping centers, athletic facilities, hotel and bank sites.

The utility work includes underground utilities-sanitary sewer, storm sewer and waterlines.

Our Federal work includes working with the US Army at Fort Lee and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  On a state level, we work with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Conservation and Recreation.  We also provide work for local municipalities
